VoiceSticker.com has established this privacy policy to explain how your information is protected, collected and used. We value your privacy and make every effort to ensure the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information. For the purpose of this policy any reference of (“you”) refers to VoiceSticker.com users and/or customers and (The “Company”) refers to VoiceSticker.com and its' employees. The Company respects customers’ privacy and recognizes their right to protection of all personal information shared with the Company, including, without limitation, name, address, email address, and telephone number. Customers’ internet addresses (IP addresses: the addresses of their computer) are logged to help the Company learn which parts of the web site customers visit and how long a customer spends on individual pages. VoiceSticker.com does not link IP addresses to any personally identifiable information. Customers browsers automatically informs the Company of its name and version number; however, no personal information is gathered. Company log files help administer the site by keeping track of referring url pages and access times.

Circumstances in which VoiceSticker.com may release information:

Limited information gathering:

No Sharing of Personal Information:
The Company does not share customer’s personally identifiable information with third parties, except as mentioned in this privacy statement above. The Company does, however, share aggregated statistical information with its partners regarding sales statistics. This is not linked to any personally identifiable information. The Company uses an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

Choice:
VoiceSticker.com collects personal information voluntarily supplied by it customers when they order products. VoiceSticker.com clearly informs its customers in advance, and explains how this personal information is to be used. Customers will always have a right not to provide this information. If a customer chooses not to provide such information, such customer is still welcome to visit VoiceSticker.com, but may be unable to participate in offered services.

Correcting, Updating and Deleting:
If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as phone, email or postal address), or if a user no longer desires the Company’s service, the Company provides a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate that user's personally identifiable information provided to the Company. This can be done by emailing Customer Support at support@voicesticker.com.

Uses of personal information:
If a customer supplies VoiceSticker.com with their postal address, the Company may send periodic mailings to inform such customer of new products, services, events, etc. If a customer prefers not to receive such mailings, a customer may notify us by sending an email message to support@voicesticker.com. If a customer supplies VoiceSticker.com a telephone number while ordering a product or products, such customer may be contacted by telephone regarding such order or orders; we do not, however, share customer or visitor telephone numbers with other organizations. On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send you an email. Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.

Security:
VoiceSticker.com takes all appropriate and reasonable steps to protect all information shared with us from unauthorized access or disclosure. Of course, when entering sensitive information on the website the Company uses SSL to encrypt the transmission of your information. Although we make good faith efforts to store the information in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee complete security. No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore VoiceSticker.com cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted, but rest assure VoiceSticker.com works hard to preserve all information. Users/customers must acknowledge there is always a chance of personal information, including credit card information, being intercepted by others.

Notification of Changes:
If the Company intends to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection the Company will notify its customers via email. Every customer will have a choice as to whether or not Company may use such information in this different manner. However, if a customer has opted out of all communication with the site, then such customer will not be contacted, but the personal information will still be used in the new manner. In addition, if Company makes any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in its database, Company will post notice on this website under the 'Press Releases/News' section notifying users of the change. In some cases where Company posts a notice Company will also email users, who have opted to receive communications from Company, notifying them of the changes in its privacy practices. The Company will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
